I just purchased this 32 year old house. This house has tiled roof which supposed to last 50 years. However, I had a small leak in my roof after I moved in. I thought I had to replace my whole roof. Gary Fox listened to my concerns and did an evaluation of roof. He was able to offer several options to address my concerns including...1) replacing the whole roof with new tiles2) replace the whole roof with the existing tiles3) tackling the problem areas to stretch the life of the roofI decided to go with maintenance route, and I am very happy with the service.Sam the technician is courteous and skillful.

Presidio Roofing and Michael Tavenner were excellent. I needed a skylight repaired, and they were able to get it inspected and repaired all within the week. I will be calling them back for some gutter work that I will need done soon. Great communication and very fair pricing. I would do business with Presidio Roofing any day!
