This was my first experience with roofing issues and dealing with companies and insurance. Cliffton came out and explained the entire process to me and guided me every step of the way. He was very responsive to my messages and always replied quickly. The project was at my parent’s home and I live across the country and couldn’t be there but his attention to detail and excellent communication made my parents very comfortable and relieved.He accommodated every request and was transparent about everything. The entire process from start to finish was done perfectly. Surprisingly the entire job was completed in a day. They picked up all of the debris and cleaned up impeccably after themselves. I can’t say enough great things about this roofing company!! They went above and beyond to take care of all our needs and did such an excellent job on our roof and the other items that they fixed as well!! They answered any question we had and kept us informed and took care of all the insurance company paperwork and kept us informed on everything along the way.. We got scammed by another roofing company and Presidio roofing came in and took care of us and even gave us advise and told us what to watch out for in the future!! Kyle with Presido Roofing did a wonderful job inspecting my attic and roof for water damages. Found no damages to the roof but found potential leaks coming from the water softener hose in the attic at a connection point and recommended getting in contact with the installers of the water softener and getting that taken care of!!
