“When my roof was in burned, there was almost no doubt as to whom I should contact. I looked initially through my Filofax, but every suitable candidate was local, and I was after international expertise. It was then I remembered, the difficult to pronounce: Presidio. A short call call later and I realized that, living in the UK, the people of Presidio are not at all grumpy and only circa 12% drowsy, when answering my call at 2am. Positive. Upon explaining that my roof was in London, England, Roberto and I came to a gentleman’s agreement, based on his cowboy lineage and mine as a London Dandy. It was agreeable to all parties that Roberto would navigate the pond and undertake the work: no fix - no fee. Snakes alive what a jolly! You can imagine my embarrassment, and Roberto’s face when, upon inspecting my roof, he informed me that Presidio could not undertake any work to repair the burned roof of my mouth!
