Not only is Presidio fast to respond and prompt to make the necessary repairs, but they are by far the most honest and professional folks I've dealt with. I worked with Tom Grems, the General Manager based in Denton, and all I could say is that I wish everyone was like him. He is no-nonsense, straight-forward and will do a great job explaining the work that needs to be done, the pros and cons to all the options, and at the end, will let you make a decision based on all the information that is given. Tom has helped to make repairs to my roof after a few severe storms, and this last time not only came within 12 hours notice, but managed to patch up and repair my roof moments before another huge storm hit.
