We’ve lived and worked in the Austin area long enough to know that roofs here take a true beating. We have long summers, brutal UV, sudden hailstorms, and straight line winds just to name a few.

In Austin, we handle the full scope of roofing work, not just replacements. That includes leak repairs, storm damage fixes, full roof replacements, inspections after hail, commercial flat roofing, and gutter work. Some homes need small repairs that buy a few more years, others are past that point. Our job is to tell you which situation you’re actually in, not push you toward the most expensive outcome.

The climate here shapes almost every roofing issue we see. Heat dries out shingles faster than people expect, especially on south and west facing slopes. UV exposure breaks down materials long before they look bad from the street. When storms roll through the Central Texas area, damage is often subtle, bruised shingles, lifted edges, compromised flashing. Those are the issues that turn into interior leaks months later if they are missed.

We called Presidio Roofing after we found a leak in our bedroom. Tom cam out and qiuckly identifed the issue as well as a couple other items that needed attention. Presidio had their speciality tile repair teck out the next day to address the concocers and now all our leaks have stopped. We really appreciate how quickly they repsonded and made the repairs.
