Why I recommend this company: 1) they were less expensive than other roofing companies that I received a quote from, 2) They are a GAF Master Elite contractor, which gave me extra peace of mind that the work would be done right the first time. 3) Their warranty meets or exceeds similar class 3 shingles, 4) They are honest. They initially estimated that 5 panels on my roof needed to be replaced. During the removal of my old shingles, it was determined that only one panel needed to be replaced. I was credited $400 for the 4 panels not used during the installation. This information could have easily been hidden from me, and I won’t have known the difference. It’s always a crap shoot finding someone that you can trust when hiring a contractor. Presidio Roofing will be my first and only call if I ever need any roofing work in the future.
