Tom from Presidio Roofing was personable and highly competent and came out on short notice. Using state-of-the-art devices, he diagnosed the source of a leak welling up from under our bathroom tile, He inspected our shingles, unclogged a rain gutter, and replaced a vent cover that was letting rain in. I have been using Presidio Roofing Company for roofing projects in Flower Mound for years now and they are the best! I first used them after meeting their owner at a school event they were sponsoring at Adkins elementary about 8 years ago and since then they have helped me out multiple times. I had a few roofing companies come out to provide a retail quote for a full replacement on a rental property I own in Flower Mound. Presidio was the only company that was not pitching me on just a certain “monthly payment” and was actually providing a real price not complicated by financing. With the other guys it almost felt like buying a used car but Presidio felt genuine and I am glad I chose to hire them for my roof replacement in flower mound.
We were in need of a new roof and after a discussion with our insurance company, State Farm, we decided to try the new program that they offer. It is State Farm’s preferred vendor program. State Farm has vetted various companies and offer you the opportunity to meet with them as well as other companies that you choose. You are able to choose any company that you prefer.We met with Tom at Presidio Roofing (the State Farm preferred vendor) and 2 others. We couldn’t have made a wrong decision by going with any of these companies. However, we decided to go with Presidio Roofing due to the ease of communication.Tom provided us with very detailed information about Presidio and also provided us photos and drone footage of the repairs necessary. I talked to the State Farm adjuster one time and Tom handled everything from there.They completed the replacement in 1 day with minor clean up the following morning. His crew is very hardworking and did an excellent job. Tom provided photos along the way. I would not hesitate recommending Presidio Roofing.
