Residential Roof Repair in Flower Mound, Texas

We recently finished a roof replacement at a home near the Trotter Park and Liberty Elementary area that was the unfortunate recipient of hail and leaking. After the free consultation with the homeowner, we set out a plan to tackling this project.

The first step was stripping everything off. Not only was this shingles, but all underlayment as well.

Part of the update was reinforcing the valleys of the roof with stronger protection. We're big fans of GAF products, and in this case we added their Storm Guard leak barriers to give the homeowners that extra bit of confidence the next time a strong thunderstorm came through.

And of course, new underlayment and new shingles were methodically added to the entire roof.

The final result is a strong roof that is reinforced with enough protection to last this family for decades to come.

We were in need of a new roof and after a discussion with our insurance company, State Farm, we decided to try the new program that they offer. It is State Farm’s preferred vendor program. State Farm has vetted various companies and offer you the opportunity to meet with them as well as other companies that you choose. You are able to choose any company that you prefer.We met with Tom at Presidio Roofing (the State Farm preferred vendor) and 2 others. We couldn’t have made a wrong decision by going with any of these companies. However, we decided to go with Presidio Roofing due to the ease of communication.Tom provided us with very detailed information about Presidio and also provided us photos and drone footage of the repairs necessary. I talked to the State Farm adjuster one time and Tom handled everything from there.They completed the replacement in 1 day with minor clean up the following morning. His crew is very hardworking and did an excellent job. Tom provided photos along the way. I would not hesitate recommending Presidio Roofing.

These guys were absolutely amazing to work with. Crew did a great job as well even took extra care to make sure all debris was picked up so my dogs didn’t eat anything they shouldn’t. Very polite when I had stupid questions with a first time roof repair and insurance claim. When the insurance needed more information Nick was on it no questions asked. If you need your roof repaired these are the guys ignore the door knockers! Knowledgeable, friendly, and cost efficient.
