This was my first experience with roofing issues and dealing with companies and insurance. Cliffton came out and explained the entire process to me and guided me every step of the way. He was very responsive to my messages and always replied quickly. The project was at my parent’s home and I live across the country and couldn’t be there but his attention to detail and excellent communication made my parents very comfortable and relieved.He accommodated every request and was transparent about everything.
